Price, a tax specialist for the IRS, will explain the terms related to the 1099-B form, the basic rules and how to report asset sales. This event is free and open to the public. MARCH 19—Talk Magazine will host the 2010 Pennsylvania African-American Network Convention at 7 p.m. at the Holiday Inn, 4751 Lindle Rd., Harrisburg.
