This week I visited the Greater Pittsburgh Homewood Coliseum where Midnight Productions brought three of the hip-hop legends to the ‘Burgh.
The event was called “The Ole School Cabaret”.

National recording hip-hop artist Doug E. Fresh, Slick Rick and Chubb Rock came to Pittsburgh and performed all of their hits for over 1,000 fans at the Greater Pittsburgh Homewood Coliseum.
The show was an historical event thanks to Sheila Johns of Midnight Productions. It was also Sheila’s birthday and she celebrated it in grand style with family, friends and the whole city of Pittsburgh and that’s what made it historical.

If you missed the show, you really missed a great time of everyone getting their party on to classic hip-hop music.

I also have to shout out my cousin Tuffy Tuff for putting his thing down on stage performing his classic hit “Ghetto Soundcheck”. There were so many things going on at this event and they were all great.
I hope that everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving.
Coming up next from Midnight Productions is the one and only hip-hop legend “MC Lyte”, so stay tuned.
