MCG Jazz presents the Jazz & Baseball concert at 8 p.m. at the Concert Hall, 1815 Metropolitan St., Manchester. Teenie Harris documentary
Shady Side Academy presents a screening of “One Shot: The Life and Work of Teenie Harris” and Photo Exhibit at 6:30 p.m. at the Hillman Center for Performing Arts, 423 Fox Chapel Rd., Fox Chapel. This is a 60-minute film of an honest image of the 20th century African-American experience through Harris’ life as a lens. There will be a question and answer session following the screening with filmmaker Ken Love and John Brewer. The exhibit will run through March and is free and open to the public. Black history exhibit
Citiparks presents “The Strength of Steel: A Tribute to African-American Steelworkers in Pittsburgh” from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the City-County Building Lobby, 414 Grant St., Downtown. The Black history exhibit will feature photographs and other memorabilia honoring the generations of Steelworkers who helped transform the city to the “Steel City.” The exhibit will run through Feb. 25 and is free and open to the public. The Greater Pittsburgh Chapter of the Tuskegee Airman and the Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Project presents “Black Angels Over Tuskegee” at 4 p.m. at the Byham Theater, 101 6th St., Downtown. This story depicts the life of six men who struggle through the Jim Crow Era and emerge as the first African-American pilots in the US Army Air Force.
