Stage play

IMPACT (Interceding Making Positive Actions Come Together) program of Divine Intervention Ministries presents “If You Must Shoot, Shoot Me! But Leave My Brother Alone” Stage Play at 6 p.m. at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 2001 Wylie Ave., Hill District. This production portrays the choices, chances and consequences of unchecked anger, bullying and unhealthy life choices. Evangelist Beverly Broadus Green, the mother of rapper Snoop Dogg and motivational speaker, will be the special guest. The event is free and open to public. Jazz jam

CJ’s Restaurant & Lounge presents “The Roger Humphries & RH Factor Jazz Jam Session” at 8 p.m. at 2901-2911 Penn Ave., Strip District. There will be live jazz and fun every Thursday night. Lunchtime concert series

The Allegheny County Special Events Office presents the Final Friday Lunchtime Concert Series from 12-1 p.m. at the Courtyard of the Allegheny County Courthouse, 436 Grant St., Downtown. The last Friday of each month through August there will be free concerts. Maddie George, an acoustic singer-songwriter, will be the entertainment. It is free and open to the public. First Voice

The August Wilson Center for African American Culture presents the 3rd Annual First Voice: A Pittsburgh International Black Arts Festival at 980 Liberty Ave., Cultural District. The festival honors and celebrates the creator and creative process and represents a variety of artistic ventures in an array of disciplines. Club Galaxy
