Three Rivers Arts Festival

The Pittsburgh Cultural District and Dollar Bank presents the 2011 Three Rivers Arts Festival at Point State Park, Downtown. There will be free concerts open to the public, art, vendors and more. Jazz Festival

The Pittsburgh Cultural Trust presents the Pittsburgh JazzLive International Jazz Festival from 5:30-9 p.m. at the Cultural District. There will be a JazzLive Crawl, outdoor stages, national and international renowned musicians and a visual art show. Club Galaxy

King Hedley II

This is the eighth of August Wilson’s 10-play cycle and is about an ex-con and his quest for redemption. The play will run through June 12. Round Table

The August Wilson Center for African American Culture presents the August Wilson Reading Round Table at 7 p.m. at 980 Liberty Ave., Cultural District. Patti LaBelle

The Delta Foundation of Pittsburgh presents “Pride in the Streets” featuring Patti LaBelle at 6 p.m. at an outdoor stage, Liberty Ave., Cultural District. This will be a 45-minute show with LaBelle, an R&B living legend. The theme for the 2011 Pittsburgh Pride is “Don’t Stop Believing.” The celebration will run from June 3-12. Boyz II Men

The Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and Resident Conductor Lawrence Loh present the 8th Annual PSO Community Partners Concert featuring Boyz II Men at 7:30 p.m. at Heinz Hall, 600 Penn Ave., Downtown. National recording artists and award winning R& B group Boyz II Men, who are best known for their ballads and a cappella harmonies, will sing some of their most popular hits.
