Out & About with Brotha Ash

This week I visited Mellon Park in Point Breeze twice, Savoy Restaurant in the Strip District, Consol Energy Center in Downtown Pittsburgh, Galaxy Lounge and Entertainment Center in Homewood and Heinz Hall in Downtown Pittsburgh

My first stop was at Mellon Park in Point Breeze for Ed’s 7th Annual Old School Get Together, where everyone from all over the city came out to have fun, listen to great music and enjoy the entertainment of “The Smoke Band.”

My next stop was back at Mellon Park, where the annual Father’s Day event was held by Fatherhood Magazine and it was a great time for everyone

My next stop was at the Consol Energy Center, where the legendary singer Sade and newcomer John Legend performed for their fans. This was one of the best shows this year so far.

My next stop was at the Galaxy Lounge and Entertainment Center in Homewood, where Lisa Terrell celebrated her birthday with family and friends and plenty of food. Tracey Lee was on the 1’s and 2’s, spinning all of the hits.

My final destination was Heinz Hall in Downtown Pittsburgh where the legendary R& B singers Boyz II Men performed with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra.
