Prayer Conference

OCT. 15—Christian Life Skills will host the Third Annual Intergenerational Prayer Conference from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. at Lincoln Park Community Center, 7300 Ridgeview Ave., Penn Hills. Men & Women’s Day

OCT. 16—Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 90 Port Perry Rd., North Versailles, will host its Men’s & Women’s Day at 10:45 a.m. The guest speaker will be Rev. Brian Edmonds and his wife, Dionne J. Reading Initiative

OCT. 20—Melting Pot Ministries will host the launch of a Reading Initiative from 5-6 p.m. at Peters Creek Baptist Church, 6300 Library Rd., South Park. Extravaganza

OCT. 21—Solid Rock Church, 1400 Buena Vista St., North Side, will host a Praise & Worship Extravaganza! at 7 p.m. This will be an event filled with good ol’ fashioned, hand-clappin’, foot-stompin’, shoutin’ down the aisle praise and worship.
