OCT. 19—The Government Agency Coordination Office of California University of Pennsylvania and the Government Contracting Assistance Center of Slippery Rock University will host the 24th Annual Procurement Opportunity Fair from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Four Points by Sheraton Pittsburgh North, 910 Sheraton Dr., Mars. OCT. 21—The African-American Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania will host their PowerBreakfast Meeting at 7:30 a.m. at the Rivers Club, One Oxford Centre, 301 Grant St., Downtown. Marketing seminar
