NOV. 2—Robert Morris University’s Bayer Center for Nonprofit Management will host Nonprofit Accounting with QuickBooks from 9 a.m.-12 p.m. at 425 Sixth Ave., Downtown. NOV. 3—The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh will host their Business Program Series at 12:15 p.m. at the Downtown & Business branch, 612 Smithfield St., Downtown. The topic is “Scams and Frauds-At Home, Work and on the Internet.” Rebecca Maier, public relations director of the Better Business Bureau of Western Pennsylvania, will discuss sweepstake scams, Internet scams, work-at-home scams, identity theft and more.
