Out & About with Brotha Ash

This week I visited the Comfort Inn Conference Center in Penn Hills, The North Side Elks in the Hill District, Ava Lounge in East Liberty, Tim’s Bar in the Hill District and Ace and Deuce’s in Uptown.

My first stop was at the Comfort Inn Conference Center in Penn Hills where the Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. Lambda Lambda Zeta Graduate Chapter held their Founders’ Day Luncheon celebrating 92 years of Scholarship, Service, Sisterly Love and Finer Womanhood.

My next stop was at Tim’s Bar in the Hill District where everyone came out to get their party on and have a great time.

My next stop was at the Ava Lounge in East Liberty where they held “Reggae Night” featuring DJ SMI on the 1’s and 2’s doing his thing.

My next stop was at the North Side Elks in the Hill District where everyone came out to celebrate the life and legacy of Rodney “Man” Harper. He was a great person who will be missed, but never forgotten.

My final stop was at Ace and Deuces in the Uptown section Pittsburgh where everyone was getting their party on and listening to great music.
