Winslowe, a transgendered female who goes by the professional name of Black Madam, was arrested earlier this month amid allegations that she was performing illegal buttocks enhancement procedures at her Germantown residence. Winslowe was arrested by Philadelphia police officers in the middle of a so-called “pumping party.” The defendant has been charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless endangerment, deceptive business practices and theft by deception for the illegal injection of silicone into the buttocks of a 23-year-old woman in February. She is being held on $10 million dollars bail.

Police broke up the party before the illegal injections could be administered and Winslowe allegedly had no license to perform such procedures. Five other people were present at the residence and according to Lt. John Walker of Southwest Detectives, officers removed needles, paper towels, cotton wool balls, Super Glue and a water bottle containing an unknown substance that investigators believe was the substance she was planning to inject.
