The family of a missing Penn Hills man is now offering a reward for information regarding his whereabouts.
Lisa Zellars, the mother of Dominick Brown-Hill, 21, who has been missing since March 22, and her family are now offering $3,000 for information leading to her son’s whereabouts. Zellars, who suspects foul play, said she believes her son was harmed and is now deceased.

“I just plead with whoever has him to let us know where he is, just so I can have my son back. So we can have peace and so he can be at peace. He deserves more than this.”
So far, Zellars said there are no leads in the investigation, but refused to comment any further due to not wanting to interfere with the investigation. The Penn Hills police detective in charge of the investigation was contacted, but did not respond by deadline.
Zellars said her son was last seen getting into a jitney and was wearing a red T-shirt and basketball shorts. She said he did not return to get a change of clothes and did not take any either. Brown-Hill was supposed to meet Zellars the Friday after his disappearance, but said she heard nothing from him and when she tried to call it went straight to his voicemail.
Zellars said Brown-Hill did not have any troubles with anyone that she knows of and there was nothing suspicious leading up to his disappearance, but said that the lack of contact is out of character for him. “There’s no way he would go this long without calling his family, especially me.”
Penn Hills Police Chief Howard Burton said that because of the nature of the investigation and information they have received that has taken them out of their jurisdiction, the investigation has been handed over to the Allegheny County police.
Brown-Hill’s disappearance has taken a toll on Zellars and her family. “I feel terrible. I have anxiety every day, all day. I cry a lot and I am currently not working. My husband and my son, we are all going through this,” Zellars said. “Some days are worse than others.”
On June 8, Brown-Hill will turn 22 and Zellars said she expects to have a gathering for him.
