NOV. 8—Port Authority of Allegheny County will host its Connecting to Disadvantaged Business Enterprises to Enterprising Business Opportunities Outreach Meetings form 9-11 a.m. at Port Authority of Allegheny County, Manchester Office Tower Board Room, 2235 Beaver Ave., Pittsburgh. These meetings are to inform DBE community of its online procurement system and how to do business with Port Authority. This meeting will deal with construction. NOV. 8—Pittsburgh Gateway Corporation will host Jessica Lee’s Entrepreneurial Thursdays Jazz and Blues Networking from 5:30-8:30 p.m. at Little E’s, 949 Liberty Ave., Cultural District.
