This group of young ladies really knows how to get their party on for the weekend.
This week I visited Local 249 Teamster Hall in Lawrenceville, Savoy Restaurant in the Strip District, Harambee Festival in Homewood, Red Onion in the Hill District and Ava Lounge in East Liberty.
My first stop was at Savoy Restaurant in the Strip District where everyone came out for Happy Hour and had great food and drinks.
My next stop was at the Red Onion where Vaughn Hurt and the crew held his bachelor party before the big wedding day. All of the old gang was in attendance and it was off the chain.
My next stop was at the Harambee Festival in Homewood where the community came out to celebrate Black unity, food, entertainment and culture at its best.
My next stop was at the Ava Lounge in East Liberty where Paradise Gray celebrated his golden anniversary in grand style with family and friends. This event was called “Classic Material” with DJ Selecta and DJ Vex on the 1’s and 2’s featuring a special performance by Jasiri X and Rhymefest.
My final destination was at the Local 249 Teamster Hall in Lawrenceville where my cousin Thurston Mosley and his beautiful wife Vanessa tied the knot with family and friends in attendance. Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs. Thurston Mosley on your marriage.
You know Brotha Ash has a REAL CONNECTION to the community. Send all of your party and event information to info@BrothaAshProductions.com and I’ll see you next week OUT AND ABOUT!
