The PARTY preserves, aptly named Mango Mango, can be used in over 100 ways; Spread it! Mix it! Shake it! Stir it! They can be used to sweeten tea, added to red wine vinegar and olive oil to make a mango vinaigrette and used as an ingredient with shrimp, just to name a few.
The mango preserves are sold in specialty and gourmet stores including Whole Foods in the mid-Atlantic region, they have been served in recipes at events in Virginia’s Governor’s mansion and soon will be featured on QVC.
