Butler celebrates 42 years of federal service

Beth McCoy presents Benjamin W. Butler, who recently retired after 42 years of service in federal government, with a certificate for his service from the Department of Veterans Affairs. He also served as the executive director of Pittsburgh’s Minority Business Opportunity Committee (MBOC).
MBOC serves as the focal point for developing partnerships with the city, county, state and federal governments as well as public and private sectors to encourage economic development opportunities for minorities, veterans and women.
