Lunch and Learn Series
APRIL 24—The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh Downtown & Business Branch will host its Lunch and Learn Series from 12:15-1:15 p.m. at 612 Smithfield St., Downtown. The topic will be “The Art of Win-Win Negotiation.” Sonia Layne-Gartside, of the Duquesne University School of Leadership, will teach the techniques for achieving win-win in any situation. PowerBreakfast Meeting
APRIL 25—The African American Chamber of Commerce of Western Pennsylvania will host its PowerBreakfast Meeting at 7:30 a.m. at the Rivers Club, One Oxford Centre, 301 Grant St., Downtown. The special guest will be the President of the Greater Pittsburgh Chamber of Commerce Dewitt Pear. As the new president, Pearl will discuss the Chamber’s priorities and listen to input for their planning process with the Allegheny Conference’s regional investors.
