The African Dance Conference
The Balation West African Dance Ensemble presents the Black African River Dance Conference at 8 p.m. at the Kelly Strayhorn Theater, 5941 Penn Ave., East Liberty. Master African dance and drummers from around the United States and Africa will collaborate to educate and amaze the audience. RACE Exhibition
