Allegheny County police have issued an arrest warrant for 19-yea-old Jason Webb of McKeesport in connection with the May 17 shooting of 20-year-old Tezjuan Taylor, also of McKeesport.
Taylor was shot three times as he walked along the 500 block of Fifth Avenue at around 1:30 a.m. Police describe Webb as 6′ tall, 165 pounds, with “distinctive tattoos” on his neck.
Anyone with knowledge of his whereabouts is asked to contact Allegheny County detectives at 412-473-1300. Anyone who spots Webb should call 911.
