Allegheny County police have issued an arrest warrant for 19-year-old Jason Webb of McKeesport in connection with the shooting death of Tezjuan Taylor, 20, also of McKeesport.
Taylor was shot in the neck, torso and arm while walking in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue around 1:30 a.m. May 17.
Police describe Webb as 6’ tall, weighing 165 ponds, with “distinctive tattoos” on his neck.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call Allegheny County homicide at 412-473-1300. Anyone spotting him should call 911.
