The last person you would expect to have to seek treatment for over-dependence on alcohol would be two-time Oscar winner Denzel Washington.
The media has reported that the Academy Award-winner (Training Day, Glory) just left a residence where he was staying for more than two weeks to detox after a wild, alcohol-fueled, gluttonous month-long vacation.
People close to the star Washington said got really “turnt up” while vacationing on on a yacht during the month of July with his wife, tmz.com reports.
When he returned to L.A. Washington entered a residence in Orange County, Calif., a suburb of Los Angeles, where he had professionals help him “detox.”
The entertainment publication reports that Washington went there for more than just alcohol. He wanted to get completely cleansed of toxins. In addition to the professional who supervised the detox, Washington had a nutritionist, a trainer and a chef.
After Washington is completely cleansed of toxins in his system, he might want to cleanse himself of his friends who snitched his troubles to the famous entertainment blog.
