•Roofing
•Masonry
•Fire Extinguisher and Fire Hoses
•General Construction
•Asbestos, Lead Based Paint, Mold and Animal Excrement Abatement Services; Repair, Restoration and Re-insulation
Project Manual and Drawings will be available for purchase on August 18, 2014 at Modern Reproductions (412-488-7700) 127 McKean Street, Pittsburgh, Pa., 15219 between 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. The cost of the Project Manual Documents is non-refundable. Project details and dates are described in each project manual.

STRUCTURAL REPAIR OF THE ERODED SLOPE

THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH will receive separate sealed bids for the Structural Repair of the Eroded Slope at Homewood North (PA-1-20). The construction work is estimated to begin in the Spring of 2015.  The estimated cost of construction is in the range of $270,000.00 – $380,000.00.
Bid Documents will be available on or about Monday, August 11, 2014 for a non-refundable fee of $25.00 in the form of a CERTIFIED CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY.  Bid Documents, including bid forms, project manual, and drawings can be picked up in person, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at:

THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH reserves the right to waive any informality in, or reject any and all bids.  No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF PITTSBURGH.
The Contractor will be required to comply with all applicable Equal Employment Opportunity requirements for Federally Assisted Construction Contracts. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, color, religion, sexual preference, handicap or national origin.

Clarion University Project CL-768 Ralston BSN Nursing Renovation: is to construct a state-of-the-art nursing education facility, which will include a simulation laboratory and control room, related classroom and skills lab spaces, offices, conference room, social lounge, and study lounge.   The facility will be located within the existing first floor of Ralston Hall on the Clarion University – Clarion Campus-This prevailing wage contract will require 4 Prime Contractors.
