sylvania’s counseling and human service center serving the LGBTQ and HIV/AIDS communities, is hiring.
Director of Programs: Seeking a chief program leader to create, inspire, manage and develop a wide range of quality programs that serve the community needs including mental health counseling, HIV prevention, senior services and youth programs. Candidate must have experience hiring and supervising staff, maintaining compliance with licensing and contractual regulations and expectations, building collaborations, quality improvement, and program development.
Billing Manager (Part Time): Seeking an experienced behavioral health billing supervisor to supervise the work of 2 billing specialist/customer service staff. This manager would be responsible to assure that 3rd party FFS billing was submitted per billing cycle, rejected claims resolved, appropriate enrollments of staff and authorizations for service were obtained. Manager would also produce reports of billing activities.

QUANTITATIVE ANALYTICS MODEL DEVELOPMENT
SPECIALIST I
The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Quantitative Analytics Model Development Specialist I in Pittsburgh, PA.  The Specialist will be responsible for developing statistical models and recommendations used in the company’s risk management organization.  Specifically, the Specialist will work collaboratively with team members across the organization to perform data analyses, data mining, predictive modeling, experimental design, and optimization to improve and develop statistical models for the wholesale loan portfolio.  The Specialist will also assist in model documentation and risk monitoring.  The position will require handling, manipulating and analyzing large datasets.
The position requires a Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Mathematical Finance, Economics, or Quantitative/Computational Finance, as well as four years of experience in statistical modeling for financial risk management, credit risk management or trading.  The position also requires experience with programming and data analysis using SAS; experience with the handling, manipulation and analysis of large datasets; experience with SQL queries in standard database systems (Oracle, Teradata or MS SQL); experience with model documentation, regulatory reporting and model risk monitoring; and experience with regression modeling, experimental design, optimization, time series modeling and forecasting.  The position also requires knowledge of risk management in a financial institution.
