For the past three years, scandalous behavior, “ratched-ness”, babymamadrama, adulterous affairs, and reunion show brawls have sparked the overwhelming success of VH1’s most successful shows, by far —Love & Hip Hop and Love & Hip Hop Atlanta.
Now, the Left Coast incarnation of the LAHH juggernaut commenced on Monday, Sept. 15 with “Love and Hip Hop Hollywood.”
Brandy’s brother Ray J, Soulja Boy, Yung Berg and former B2K members Omarion and Fizz floss their lifestyles and regale the ravenous audience on their as their boisterous, quick-tempered, and sometimes violent women in their lives.
So popular was was the opening episode of “Love and Hip Hop Hollywood” that it even out-trended the usual Monday night Blockbuster, “Monday Night Football.”
Take a look at the best episodes from the inaugural episodes of “Love and Hip Hop Hollywood.”

Of course, Ray J was a part of the most explosive part of the opening episode of LAHHH.
Tierra Mari was irate because her ex-boyfriend, Ray J, and his new girlfriend presumably threw her stuff away out of his house that Ray J and Tierra Mari use to share. The new girlfriend, Princess, went so low as to even take pictures of Tierra Marie’s bag of items before she tossed it out — including Vagisil, plane tickets and other clothes.
Mari, who’d been heavily drinking the night of the party that Ray J invited to, started throwing blows at Princess.

How did it come to this? Let’s take a look.

Tierra Mari

Ray J is trying to launch his RayJ.com and invite his longtime ex-girl Tierra Marie to his. She has a reputation for violence, yet Ray inviting her to the party. His assistant is rightfully fearful of an explosion based on the fact that she once punched Ray J and attacked his assistant.
Tierra Marie tried to be patient and wait for him to get over his current girlfriend, Princess. But after eight months and no signs of Ray coming back to Tierra — coupled with the fact that he moved in another girl into his home with Tierra’s stuff still there — she explodes on Ray. Again.
Ray says they could no longer be together because the relationship ” was too toxic,” he says, adding that Tierra, a Detroit-born singer, has not learned to control her emotions, her anger, nor her penchant for heavy drinking, a “toxic” combination if there ever was one.
“It breaks my heart that he would put a stripper before me,” she said of his new girlfriend before, “I do’t give a f— about her and I will punch that b— when I see her,” she roared before slamming the door shut.
At least Tierra Mari did try to keep her word when she saw Ray J’s new girl.

Omarion’s girl is 7 ½ months pregnant and they just bought a home. But his mother, Leslie, does not like her. And she claims that it’s because, in her words, she’s now pregnant. So they have been going at it. Omarion wants to go on the road to play shows and wants his future baby mama to watch her mother who is susceptible to seizures.
He had a kid in 2010 and put his career on hold to rais him. Now he says he’s about to get back out there. It’s been 10 years since B2K disbanded and while Omarion cherishes the memories, he wishes the fans would let it go.
His mother doesn’t want to befriend Omarion’s pregnant girl because she feels his girl is taking away from the support that Omarion used to give her. Leslie, a former celebrity hairstylist, had to quit the business because she came down with a debilitating illness. Omarion stepped up and paid for her expenses and medical bills. Over time, however, Leslie claims her son started pulling back more and more on the support until the support dried up altogether. She admits she holds resentment towards Omarion’s girl because they moved away to Hollywood away from Omarion’s mother. And she is steaming about it. So when Omarion’s girlfriend asked mother Leslie if hey could be friends, Leslie snapped on her:
“You the newcomer. You have to be friendly,” Leslie barked. “I don’t have to get along with you if I don’t have to.”

Soulja Boy, best known for “Crank that Soulja Boy,” but he’s 23 now, and released his third album and has to start coming correct. His girlfriend, Nia, is Teddy Riley’s daughter, the woman who once tried to beat up her own father because she didn’t like Teddy Riley’s new girlfriend. Soulja is trying to earn Nina’s trust again after stepping out on her numerous times to attend to his groupies, or what she calls “hoes.”

Lil Fizz and his new girlfriend after he broke up with Moniece.

Moniece been in the business since sh was 16. Her new venture is sex toys and wants to give her son the life that he wants. She is working on dildos, which get warm up to 107 degrees. She was going through tumultous custody battles with ex-B2K band member Fizz. Cameron, Monice’s son, lives with his father. She doesn’t have custody of her son and she doesn’t know where he lives. “I fight with my words and I aim to kills,” to where her friend says, “I hope it doesn’t get you into handcuffs.”
Fizz accuses Moniece of being a deadbeat mother, which is why he has full custody. Moniece says she has been working nonstop and now that her business is about to jump off, she wants to regain shared custody right.
