Hip hop and pop stars got heavily into the Halloween holiday mix on Friday with some of the best costumes in the country, beginning with Nicki Minaj with the appropriate dirty school teacher and her apple and going on through Bey Bey and her Blue Ivy snuggled up in a mini King of Pop outfit while she went with his superstar sister Janet.
