An actress who says Bill Cosby forced oral sex on her in her dressing room four decades ago is trying to round up at least nine other accusers to mount a class action lawsuit against the comedian – even though in her case the criminal statute of limitations may be long passed.
Louisa Moritz, best known for her role as Rose in the Oscar-winning “One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest,” as well as the “Last American Virgin,” told TMZ that the actor assaulted her before a 1971 appearance on “The Tonight Show” with Johnny Carson.
The Cuban-born actress said she was in a dressing room when Cosby knocked on her door and offered kudos for her acting. She said Cosby buttered her up with an offer to “make her a major star” before he attacked her.
Cosby “suddenly approached me and took out his penis, which was now in the line of my face and pressed up against it,” she said. “He took his hands and put them on the back of my head and forced his penis in my mouth, saying, ‘Have a taste of this. It will do you good in so many ways.’”
When Cosby was finished, he said, “Now you don’t want to upset me and the plans for your future, do you?” Moritz said.
Moritz said she kept quiet about what allegedly happened until the recent outpouring of allegations from the other women convinced her to go public.
