Proposals may require Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds, and Surety as dictated by the specifications.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

INVITATION FOR BIDS
The URBAN REDEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY of Pittsburgh will receive bids from qualified contractors for the replacement of lighting fixtures with LED lighting at five parking garages: Hot Metal Garage (2800 Sidney Street), Ladle Garage (2640 Sidney Street), Ingot Garage (2812 Tunnel Boulevard), and Furnace Garage (536 S. 28th Street) located in the South Side and Pittsburgh Technology Center Garage #2 (401 Technology Drive) located in Oakland, and all work incidental thereto required to complete LTV South Side Works Contract No. 23 – Southside Works Parking Garage Lighting Upgrades, until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on Tuesday, the.17th day of March, 2015, at its office, 11th floor, 200 Ross Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15219, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Conference Room on the 11th floor.
