Police chief, NAACP president discuss race

The series began with the screening of  “White Like Me,” an examination of the legacy of White privilege in America, and how that legacy continues to perpetuate racial inequality and shape public policy. Following the film, Cameron S. McLay, Pittsburgh chief of police; Connie Parker, NAACP Pittsburgh chapter president; and Yancy, professor of philosophy at Duquesne, continued the conversation and answered questions related to the film.
