REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Washington County Housing Authority will accept proposals from authorized pest control companies for County wide Bed Bug Extermination services for its Public Housing inventory.  Services will consist of inspection, use of product applications, use of controlled heat, consultation, and education services for its Public Housing inventory. Said services will extend to eradication of bedbugs in apartments and non dwelling areas. The services must comply with all applicable laws and procedures.
Information relative to this Request may be obtained from the Washington County Housing Authority by calling the Central Administrative Office at 724/228-6060, extension 110, during normal business hours. Any changes, deletions or additions will be forwarded to all recipients of the Request in the form of an addendum prior to the due date for final submissions.
Proposals must be received at the Housing Authority at 100 Crumrine Tower, Franklin Street, Washington, PA  15301, by the close of business (4:30 PM) on March 13, 2015.  The envelope must be clearly marked with the words “Pest Control Proposal”
