A large number of community residents showed up to hear the candidates and ask questions.
The12th Ward Democratic Committee recently invited fellow Democratic Ward members and voters to a “Meet the Candidates Petition Party” at the Kingsley Association. Committee
Chairperson Jacque Fielder emphasized the importance of becoming knowledgeable of the candidates platforms in order to make thoughtful voting decisions. The many community residents gathered enjoyed the light refreshments provided as they were introduced to the candidates, all were given the opportunity to present their plans of action.
