REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
Sealed bid proposals are hereby solicited for the Community College of Allegheny County, 800 Allegheny Avenue, Pittsburgh PA 15233 (412.237.3020) on the following items:
RFP 3071 – Updating Facilities Condition Assessment
A MANDATORY pre-proposal vendor conference will be held on Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at 1:30 p.m.  The conference will be held at the Office of College Services, 800 Allegheny Avenue, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 15233. Additionally, mandatory site visitations of each campus will be required on April 14, 15 and 16, 2015.
Proposals will be received at the Purchasing Department until Thursday, April 29, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.
Any proposals received after this deadline will be considered as “late” and will be returned unopened to the offerer.
The CCAC Purchasing Department is now publishing all bids via the CCAC website at https://www.ccac.edu/Bid-RFP_Opportunities.aspx.   It will be each vendor’s responsibility to monitor the bid activity within the given website (“Bid and RFP Opportunities”) and ensure compliance with all applicable bid documents inclusive of any issued addenda.  Failure to incorporate any applicable addenda in the final submittal may result in the rejection of your bid.
Proposals may require Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, Payment Bonds, and Surety as dictated by the specifications.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.
The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Allegheny County Sanitary Authority is issuing an invitation to polymer manufacturers interested in participating in Pre-Qualification testing for Contract No. 1636, Furnishing and Delivering Polymer for Centrifuge Dewatering System.  Bid documents for Contract No. 1636 will be issued by invitation only to those manufacturers who successfully complete the Pre-Qualification testing. The successful bidder for Contract No. 1636 shall be awarded a multi-year polymer supply contract.
Pre-Qualification testing shall take place in ALCOSAN’s Laboratory facilities at 3300 Preble Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15233 during the period of April 13, 2015 through May 1, 2015.  Manufacturers interested in participating in this Pre-Qualification testing shall submit a letter of intent to Elizabeth A. Joyce, Process Engineer, by e-mail at elizabeth.joyce@alcosan.org or by fax at (412) 734-8716 no later than 4:00 P.M. EST on April 24, 2015.

Sealed Bids for CONTRACT 1635 TASSEY HOLLOW GRIT CHAMBER shall be received at the office of the Allegheny County Sanitary Authority, 3300 Preble Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA, 15233, until 11:00 a.m., Prevailing Time, Thursday, May 7, 2015, and then shall be publicly opened and read.  A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at the Authority’s Plant in the O&M Building Conference Room 106, on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., Prevailing Time. Attendance at this meeting is strongly suggested.

Port Authority of Allegheny County (Port Authority) is seeking responsive bids to a Request for Bids for Purchase of Site (Site RFB) from interested and financially capable individuals, developers, companies and/or firms to acquire an approximately 7.76 acre parcel of vacant and graded land that fronts Montour Church Road in the Townships of Robinson and North Fayette, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (the Site) from Port Authority.
Port Authority is fee simple owner of the Site, and it has identified the Site as excess property. Accordingly, Port Authority is seeking bids to sell the Site to the bidder that submits the highest responsive offer. In the event of receipt of multiple responsive bids of equal dollar values, Port Authority will provide those responsive bidders submitting bids in equal monetary amounts with the opportunity to submit best and final offers to acquire the Site.

Port Authority of Allegheny County (Authority) is requesting proposals for the performance of the following service:
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CONSULTING SERVICES
The work under the proposed Agreement consists of services of information technology consulting firms and/or information technology temporary support firms to perform consulting services and/or temporary support services for (1) Business Applications; (2) Business Analytics; (3) Intelligent Transportation and Vehicle Systems; (4) Communications, Networks, Servers; (5) Temporary Consultants; and (6)  Business Process, Infrastructure, Security and Related Information Technology Reviews and Assessments and General Advisor to Authority’s Information Technology Steering Committee (Contract Services). The Authority currently intends to create a pool of up to three firms to provide the contract services for category 1 through 4 and category 6, noted above, that can be called upon on an as-needed basis.  This number may be adjusted up or down, at Authority’s sole discretion, based upon the number of proposals received and Authority’s evaluation of same in relation to its information technology services needs in the above identified categories.  Proposals may be submitted to provide one or more of the identified categories.

This Contract Services may be funded, in part, by, and subject to certain requirements of, the County of Allegheny and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Port Authority of Allegheny County, in compliance with 74 Pa.C.S. § 303, as may be amended, require that certified Diverse Businesses (“DBs”) have the maximum opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts and subcontracts for these Contract Services.  In this regard, all Proposers shall make good faith efforts in accordance with 74 Pa.C.S. § 303, to ensure that DBs have the maximum opportunity to compete for and perform contracts.
