FINANCIAL MANAGER II

The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. has multiple openings for FinancialManager II in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsible for: (i) managing corporate budget/forecast process and performing comprehensive analysis on the Bank’s financial statements; (ii) developing advanced financial models to conduct quantitative analyses including NPV, break-even, cost-benefit, and various sensitivity­/benchmark analyses; (iii) applying statistical data analytics and modeling methodologies for Bank’s stress testing efforts; (iv) developing and maintaining stress testing tools in SAS, SQL, MS Access/Excel or other application as appropriate to aggregate, analyze, forecast, and produce management reports; (v) developing reporting and analytical solutions leveraging Business Intelligence tools Hyperion Essbase, SQL, and MS Excel with VBA; (vi) leading various projects including enterprise system implementation and enhancements; (vii) closely working with various Lines of Business within the Bank to execute on corporate wide initiatives; and (viii) directing and guiding analysts and junior staff to deliver various corporate reporting and analytics.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Finance plus 3 years of experience with financial modeling and analytics in a corporate finance department is required. Experience must include: (i) corporate budget/­forecast management, post-merger due diligence and integration/divestiture activities, and process control and efficiency improvements; (ii) statistical data analytics and modeling using ANOVA, CI, and regression analysis; (iii) advanced financial and quantitative modeling skills, including use of SAS, SQL, Hyperion Essbase, MS Access, and MS Excel with VBA to develop business analytics and management reporting; (iv) project management experience in enterprise system implementation and integration; and (v) supervising corporate finance functions and related staff.

We are seeking a professional to be responsible in assisting the Vice President of Campaign with the implementation of a comprehensive planned giving program.  In addition, the Tocqueville Development Officer will have primary responsibility for managing Tocqueville Society members and planned giving donor relationships.  This work will include, but not limited to developing and managing relationships with specific assigned donors and prospects with the capacity to give $10,000 or more on an annual basis along with visit planning and coordination of activities related to the planned giving program. Assistant Manager of
Railcar Maintenance
Port Authority is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager of Railcar Maintenance to direct, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of the Railcar maintenance functions. Ensures vehicle safety, reliability, cleanliness and optimum operating conditions.
Job requirements include:
•Associate Degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical/Electronic Technology; or equivalent military or technical program in a directly related area from an accredited school.  Supervisory related experience may be substituted for education requirements on a year for year basis.
•Minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in a fleet maintenance environment.
•Demonstrated ability in Windows and Microsoft Word.
•Effective and professional communication and organizational skills.
Preferred attributes:
•Participative leadership style.
•Experience in statistical process control.
•BA/BS Degree in Business, Transportation or a directly related technical field from an accredited school.
•Supervisory experience in Railcar Maintenance.
