Bobby Brown files for guardianship of Bobbi Kristina’s estate

Perhaps because of diminished hope and harsh realities sinking in, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s father has filed for guardianship of her estate.

Bobbi Kristina has remained in critical condition ever since she was found by her boyfriend and another friend face down in the bathtub of their suburban Atlanta townhouse.

The multimillion-dollar estate was, of course, inherited from the late legendary Whitney Houston, who died in eerily similar circumstances as her daughter three years ago on the eve of the Grammy Awards in Beverly Hills.

The Whitney Houston will, which is on file at the Fulton County Probate Court in Atlanta, stated that Bobbi Kristina is the sole heir and made Pat Houston the executor of the estate, WXIA has reported, and is signed “Patricia Houston, President, The Whitney Houston Estate.”

Brown had recently made public pronouncements that his daughter had awaken and was blinking her eyes, but other family members immediately rebutted Brown’s statements, essentially saying that her condition had not improved and most likely never will.

Whitney Houston’s mother, Cissy, went on to a New York radio station recently and said there had been no change in her condition and there was “not a great deal of hope.”
