LEGACY—The Pittsburgh Black Media Federation hosted the 27th Annual Robert L. Vann Awards at the University of Pittsburgh’s O’Hara Student Center Ballroom in Oakland. The Awards recognize the best journalism coverage of the African American and African Diaspora communities of Western Pennsylvania. Sonya Toler, Ty Miller and Eddie Jeffries were recognized for their works.
