PITTSBURGH, PA – The Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Robbery Squad is releasing images from surveillance video and asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual wanted in connection with a recent bank robbery.
On May 22 at approximately 4 p.m. Zone 4 Officers responded to a bank robbery in progress call at 5601 Walnut Street in Shadyside.
According to the investigation, a Black male who appeared to be in his 40s entered the bank. He was approximately 5’7” and weighs approximately 210 pounds. He was wearing dark jeans, a blue T-Shirt, a blue Phillies hat, Converse shoes, and a black, puffy vest.

He approached a teller and said he wanted money then slid the teller a note. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of money and the actor exited the bank and then walked crossed Ivy Street toward the parking lot.
