Even as Bobbi Kristina Brown laid dying in a coma with no hope of recovery or survival, her self-appointed “husband” was snatching up thousands of dollars from her account and stuffing it into his account without anyone’s knowledge, a new lawsuit alleges.
“Krissy” was the victim of a wicked plot by her boyfriend Nick Gordon, who secretly stole cash from her Whitney Houston inheritance while she was unconscious and beat her up during their relationship, so says BK’s conservator.
In fact, some people surmise the beatings Gordon administered is how Bobbi Kristina wound up face down in a bathtub full of water in the first place, when it was widely known that Bobby Brown’s daughter was scared to death of ever taking a bath after what happened to her legendary mother, Whitney Houston. We all know that she died in a similar fashion at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif., on the eve of the Grammy Awards three years ago.
Bobbi Kristina’s estate filed a $40 million lawsuit against Gordon on Wednesday, saying they have documentation that Gordon of regularly took funds from her account to his account, including $11,000 after she’d fallen into the coma, so says TMZ.
Gordon was also beating Bobbi Kristina on the regular and, according to one report, dragged “her upstairs by her hair.” He also allegedly punched her in the face and knocked out a front tooth, the lawsuit states.
In fact, Bobbi Kristina was going to shed light of her violent relationship with Gordon to a friend, which was going to take place on Jan. 31. Of course, that was the day she was found face down in the tub. She never regained consciousness.
According to multiple media and medical reports, Bobbi Kristina was not only found face down in the tub on the morning of Jan. 31, she also had a swollen mouth and another tooth knocked out. While the lawsuit doesn’t come out and say it plainly, there is insinuation that Gordon was directly involved in those injuries. The suburban Atlanta police have been investigating, but Gordon has been far from cooperative.
The suit was filed by Bedelia Hargrove whom the court appointed as the conservator over BK’s estate.
