Road closures during President Obama’s Pittsburgh visit

PITTSBURGH, PA – Street closures for President Barack Obama’s visit tomorrow are as follows from 10:30 a.m. to approximately 1:30 p.m.:

  • 11th Street will be closed from Smallman Street to the 10th Street Bypass/Ft. Duquesne Boulevard
  • 10th Street will be closed between Penn Avenue and Ft. Duquesne Boulevard (except for VFW Convention buses and access to David L. Lawrence Convention Center garage entrance on 10th near Penn Avenue. There will be no through traffic under the convention center.
  • French Street from 10th Street to Garrison Place
  • Garrison Place from French Street to Ft. Duquesne Boulevard
  • Ft. Duquesne Boulevard from 9th Street to the 10th Street Bypass
