PITTSBURGH (AP) _ Pittsburgh police say one man has been arrested in connection with the robbery and fatal shooting of another man in the city’s East Hills section, while the suspected gunman has also been charged but not yet arrested.
Twenty-two-year-old Raymon Harris was in custody Thursday on charges including criminal homicide, robbery and conspiracy.
He’s not accused of being the gunman, but of being in on the robbery during which 23-year-old Deshawn Hall allegedly shot the victim.
Authorities say the dead man is 22-year-old Dersean (DER’-shawn) Alberty-Brown of Sharpsville. That’s in Mercer County, about 70 miles north of Pittsburgh.
Police have a warrant for Hall on the same charges filed against Harris. Police continued searching for Hall on Thursday.
The shooting occurred about 5:20 p.m. Wednesday in front of a house.
