Tiawan Harper, 31, has been arrested and charged with criminal homicide, carrying a firearm without a license, and persons not to possess a firearm.
PITTSBURGH, PA – At approximately 1 a.m. on September 17, Zone 2 Officers responded to the 3300 block of Webster Avenue for the report of a male shot. Paramedics arrived and pronounced the male deceased inside of a residence.According to the investigation, the male was believed to be struck outside of the residence before running inside.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call 911.
