ATLANTA — This situation is pretty much a “Duh!” What did rising rap star Rich Homie Quan expect would be the ramifications of his imprudence? Sources say Quan messed up twice with one fell swoop: he was smoking weed with his child in his lap; and then, worse, had the crazy adolescent impulse to post such a photo/video onto social media.
Because of his flagrant disregard for the law, even if it is a minor law, Quan has attracted the attention of two Georgia agencies.
The Fulton County Police Department in Atlanta are very curious about the video showing RHQ’s 1-year-old on his lap as sucked on an object that doesn’t look like a cigarette.
The department has teamed up with Child Protective Services up to investigate, the media has learned.
According to tmz.com, the CPS want to have a chat with Rich Homie about a few things, most particularly to find out what was he smoking. They also want to know if this was an aberration or does he do smoke in front of his son on the regular.
As for the law enforcement portion of this investigation, Quan possibly face criminal charges, such as actions that endangers a child and reckless behavior.
