Recovery Coordinator
(Part-time)
Allegheny HealthChoices, Inc. (AHCI), located in downtown Pittsburgh, seeks a Recovery Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours/­week).  This individual will provide a personal perspective on treatment and recovery for the Allegheny County behavioral health system (mental health and substance use disorder services).
Primary Responsibilities include:
•Act as a change agent to impact the recovery culture in the behavioral health service system
•Participate in meetings, trainings, and educational activities with the purpose of providing a service user and recovery-oriented perspective at these activities
•Organize and facilitate meetings and trainings
•Problem solve with people who use behavioral health services on Medicaid benefit issues
Position requires an understanding of behavioral health service models from the users’ perspective.  Post-secondary education, with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline is preferred. Excellent interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook is required. This individual will be required to independently travel to frequent meetings throughout the area. Candidate must possess a valid drivers license, or the ability to independently travel to these meetings.

Portfolio Analytics and Strategy Group Manager
The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. seeks a Portfolio Analytics and Strategy Group Manager for the Analytics and Portfolio Management team in Pittsburgh, PA. Responsible for supporting Retail Lending initiatives (e.g. card, auto, student lending, home equity, business banking) and Mortgage, as well as managing the home equity portfolio management team and asset class. Work collaboratively with line of business, Finance, and Risk partners to assess and establish credit risk appetite and to understand its implications, as well as to establish policies and procedures governing the identification, monitoring, and management of risk appetite. Specific duties include: (i) synthesize analytical results and develop, recommend, and implement business strategies that improve lending decisions, assist in managing risk, increase revenues, reduce exposure to losses, meet business goals, and improve performance; (ii) apply predictive models, third party data, and other tools to develop and execute appropriate segmentation and targeting for acquisition and portfolio strategies to provide insight into portfolio risk; (iii) manage engagements with internal and external information suppliers ensuring solution is fit for purpose while maintaining appropriate governance and oversight; (iv) understand and communicate regulatory and financial accounting impacts on the balance sheet to regulators and PNC control functions as appropriate; and (v) interact with regulators, internal audit, and management concerning credit portfolio analyses and credit risk appetite.
Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics or Operations Research plus 6 years of experience in Consumer Lending focused on credit portfolio and risk management is required. Experience must include: (i) data mining and statistical modeling techniques including logistic regression and decision trees used to drive financial strategy development; (ii) secured or unsecured line of credit products including home equity line of credit or credit cards mainly related to portfolio management strategy to build segmentation and targeting to drive risk adjusted returns; (iii) advanced database management (including complex SQL queries and perform UNIX commands); (iv) data analysis with SAS (Enterprise, UNIX, MACRO); and (v) Microsoft Excel and ORACLE.
