Pastoral Anniversary
NOV. 11—Clark Memorial Baptist Church, 1301 Glenn St., Homestead, will host its Pastoral Anniversary Celebration at 7 p.m. Through Nov. 13, Rev. James Burwell will be honored for his 19 years of service to the church and community. The theme is “The Year of Expectation.” Guest preachers include Bishop Linwood Lewis, Pastor Keith Moncrief and Rev. Dr. Lola Thorpe. The event will culminate on Nov. 15 with an 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. worship service featuring Rev. Gilbert Duncan and Rev. Donald Turner.

100th Anniversary
NOV. 12—New Zion Baptist Church, 1434 Juniata St., Manchester, will host its 100th Church Anniversary. The theme will be “Don’t let the rain put out the fire.” The church, under the direction of Rev. Music on the Hill
