President Obama speaks on horrific Paris terrorist attacks

Multiple explosions and shootings have claimed the lives at least  40 people throughout the French capital city Paris, according to French media and police.
The Associated Press stated about a dozen of citizens were killed by gunmen and explosion in a Paris restaurant in the 10th arrondissement.
Moreover, the French media is reporting that terrorists have taken at least 100 people hostage at the Bataclan concert venue in the 11th arrondissement of Paris. So far 15 have been reportedly killed.
France was already in a heightened sense of security in advance of the major global climate conference that starts in two weeks.
As of this reporting, no one has come forward to claim responsibility for Friday’s attacks.
President Obama has addressed the world from the White House about “heartbreaking situation” in France.
“Paris itself represents the timeless values of human progress,” Obama told reporters. “Those that think they can terrorize the people of France or the values they stand for, are wrong.”
