REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR PURCHASE OF SITE
Port Authority of Allegheny County (Port Authority) is seeking responsive bids to a Request for Bids for Purchase of Site (Site RFB) from interested and financially capable individuals, developers, companies and/or firms to acquire an approximately 7.76 acre parcel of vacant and graded land that fronts Montour Church Road in the Townships of Robinson and North Fayette, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (the Site) from Port Authority.
Port Authority is fee simple owner of the Site, and it has identified the Site as excess property.  Accordingly, Port Authority is seeking bids to sell the Site to the bidder that submits the highest responsive offer, with the minimum asking price for the Site being $845,000.00. In the event of receipt of multiple responsive bids of equal dollar values, Port Authority will provide those responsive bidders submitting bids in equal monetary amounts with the opportunity to submit best and final offers to acquire the Site.
