The 2016 MTV Movie Awards is not the Academy Awards, better known as the Oscars, but it had diversity that is rarely found at the country’s most prestigious movie awards program. Straight Outta Compton and Star Wars found love they couldn’t get at the Oscars. Meanwhile, stars who didn’t attend the Oscars were at the MTV Awards in droves, from Will Smith to Salt-N-Pepa to Queen Latifah, as well as Kylie Jenner, Charlize Theron, Kat Graham and more invaded the red carpet
