Urban Pulse Network debuts on WEPA TV Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh, PA–Urban Pulse Network the new global source for urban based television programming has successfully launched 2 shows on WEPA TV PIT/OTA Broadcasting LLC., broadcasting on Verizion Fios, (Channel 462). The network also has several additional shows that are in the preproduction stage of develpment.
Business to Go, a business information program, and America’s Gospel Showcase, a Pittsburgh based gospel music show successfully debuted on March 31, and April 1, 2016, respectively. The host of Business to Go, Ruth Byrd-Smith, has worked with entrepreneurs’ as a consultant and later in a governmental capacity for over 25 years. Byrd-Smith has advocated for, overseen and developed technical assistance, business development as well as marketing strategies. Included among her future guests will be some of the most powerful business personalities from Pittsburgh, the western Pennsylvania region as well as from around the country.
The much anticipated America’s Gospel Showcase, premiered on April 1. The show features Gospel Psalmist Stephanie Jones Smith. She has appeared on both local & Nat’l TV…Intl. award winner Public Cable Television Hometown Video…toured Europe with The Inspirational Gospel Singers www.slangrecords.com (Italy). Recording artist 1975 to date. She will feature some of the region’s and nation’s most outstanding and promising gospel artists.
Shows being scheduled for future programming are Sports Bits, a new sports based program hosted by Aubrey Bruce. Senior Sports Columnist, from the New Pittsburgh Courier.
Music After Dark well be a multi-genre music and entertainment program featuring outstanding musicians from the jazz, rock, hip-hop and R&B worlds with future surprise guest hosts’ and hostesses.
