A woman who performed as both an actress and model in Atlanta and Florida was gunned down in a Northeast Atlanta parking lot, just a day before her birthday.
She was 35 years old.
On Friday, July 1, actress and model Kisha Brown, who starred in “Bloodline,” was shot multiple times while sitting in her black Mercedes-Benz SUV in a shopping strip on Cheshire Bridge Road. According to friends, she was getting her makeup done to celebrate her 36th birthday.
So far there are no suspects, even though there were several people on the scene, according to WSBTV.
“We’re actually interviewing witnesses on the scene. We do have a number of people who were on the scene when the incident occurred. We are collecting evidence, a number of shell casings,” Atlanta Police Capt. Ben McGee told the station.
Investigators are also interviewing witnesses and friends about why this young lady was in fear for her life.
