REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The Sports & Exhibition Authority will receive proposals for Annual Inspection services related to Heinz Field, PNC Park and CONSOL Energy Center in the City of Pittsburgh. The contract for this work will be with the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. Inquiries regarding the Request for Proposal should be made to SEA, 171 10th Street, 2nd Floor, Pittsburgh, PA 15222, Attention: Taylor Blice – tblice@pgh-sea.com.
The Request for Proposal will set forth in detail the conditions of the Proposal, which will include, among other things, the following:
(a) Proposals. Proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposal. Proposals may be held open by Owner for acceptance for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days.
(b) MBE and WBE Participation. The SEA has goals of 25% MBE and 10% WBE participation in this contract. Consultants will be required to follow the SEA Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Participation Policy as identified in the Request for Proposal.
