SILVER SPRING, Md.—A group lunch takes an ugly turn when Carmen calls Countess a punk for talking about her behind her back. After almost coming to blows with Carmen, Countess is pushed to tears.
Golden is eager to launch her new swimsuit line. Her suits make their runway debut, complete with models and wardrobe malfunctions ala Janet Jackson. But, despite the success of her swimsuit fashion show, Golden losing her role in the new network pilot is still the topic of conversation. Golden confides in her mother about how hard it is to be gossiped about and takes Savanna to task about putting her business in the street. The night ends with a special surprise for Countess at her very own 90s prom.
