Iman Shumpert was caught stepping out on his woman when he was arrested back in August for DUI marijuana possession after leaving his “homegirl’s house” in Atlanta.
Shumpert was pulled over outside of Atlanta on August 10th for a lane change violation and because his taillights weren’t on in his rented Audi A3, TMZ reported.
Shumpert allegedly reeked of weed and his eyes were bloodshot, the officer reported.
Shumpert said he had just driven from his “homegirl’s house” and was on his way to the airport to pick up his father.
Shumpert failed the field sobriety test and admitted he had smoked weed before leaving his friend’s house.
During a search of the vehicle, the officers found a jar with weed in it.
Shumpert also declined to do a blood test, claiming that “people would recognize him and it would cause a scene.”
Shumpert was charged with DUI marijuana, possession of weed and failure to maintain his lane.
